A roof problem and missing address numbers are reported at 4553 S 1st St
The city’s been looking at a vacant structure at 4553 S 1st St, and the trouble on the list is the roof, gutters, and the address numbers.
One report says the roof and flashing may be letting in water, and that roof runoff shouldn’t be creating a nuisance. Another item says the street numbers need to be plain enough to see from the road.
