Weeds and roof trouble are reported at 2308 Griffiths Ave
2308 Griffiths Ave is on the city’s radar, and not for anything glamorous. The list is a whole mess of housekeeping stuff, weeds, rubbish, roof trouble, stair and handrail issues, window problems, and worn exterior surfaces, plus a rental registration issue.
The city slapped a $1,000 citation on the property. If you live nearby, you know the type, the kind of place that keeps a block grumbling at the fence.
