14001 Old Station Rd 211 opened Code Violation for smoking on first-floor patios

Chenoweth Preservation LLC is listed as the owner on an open LMPHW tobacco case after a neighbor reported that occupants of Apt. 109 regularly smoke on their patio day and night at 14001 Old Station Rd. The complaint says first‑floor patios aren’t supposed to allow smoking under the building rules and asks the city to ensure residents follow apartment policies as well as federal, state, and local laws.
