A big new apartment build is in the works at 8013 Beulah Vista Way in Louisville. Beulah Crossings Townhomes is set for 190 multi-family units and a clubhouse, with 98 units in 14 buildings coming first.
That first phase is the two-story apartment style, with the clubhouse planned as a one-story spot. The price tag on this one is somewhere around $10 million, and the city still has more review steps to get through before this thing is signed off.
