It’s a 4,790-square-foot spot with a dual-lane drive-thru, canopies, patio seating, and a refuse enclosure, all on the way for the corner that’s getting a full reset. The current building is coming down, and the whole project is pegged at somewhere around $1.4 million.
It’s not open yet, and there’s still a parking lot item to clear before this one can move ahead.
