Camp Ground Park II LLC has submitted a fast-track foundation package for Building 2, a new two-story data center at 5355 Camp Ground Road. The roughly 227,120-square-foot facility (the second of seven similar campus buildings) will house Group S-1 storage in the data halls with Group B offices, and the foundation review is part of a project estimated at $7,300,000. A floodplain stream-construction permit is already on file, but the record notes no Certificate of Occupancy until a Landscape Architect signs off on the landscaping, and a parking-lot permit verification remains pending.
