5355 CAMP GROUND RD Building Permit: Foundation Package Review for Building 1

Camp Ground Park II LLC has submitted a foundation-package review for Building 1 at 5355 Campground Road — a new two-story data center of roughly 227,120 square feet. This is the first of seven similar buildings planned for the campus, and the submittal includes sealed structural-engineer drawings, the development and site-utilities plans, and a previously approved floodplain (stream construction) permit as part of a fast-track early foundation review. One thing to note: no Certificate of Occupancy will be issued until the Landscape Architect certifies the landscape installation.
