11501 SCHLATTER RD Building Permit submitted for Schlatter Road Apts Clubhouse

11501 Schlatter Road LLC has submitted a commercial building permit to add a one-story clubhouse for the Schlatter Road Apartments at 11501 Schlatter Road. The 6,960-square-foot clubhouse, designed by architect Vadim Kaplan of Studio A with an estimated project value of $1,218,000 and an occupant load of 196, will need a landscape installation certified by a Kentucky landscape architect (and verification of any required parking-lot permit) before a Certificate of Occupancy can be issued.
