1102 SOUTH PARK RD building permit for Basham Office Building
Basham Construction & Rental Co Inc plans to demo the existing single-story office at 1102 South Park Rd and replace it with a new two-story office building. The 3,414-square-foot, slab-on-grade structure will be wood framed with wood trusses, include a small one-bedroom owner's apartment for occasional use, and lists Harold Cox Architects on the permit, with the project estimated at $750,000. The submitted permit is currently pending verification of a parking lot permit before issuance.
