1433 Frankfort Ave 201 applied for Building Permit

Botanica Inc. has submitted a building permit to add a Bonsai Garden, a support building called the Bonsai House, an Overlook, and a landscaped allée pathway at 1433 Frankfort Ave, Unit 201, with the project valued at an estimated $7,950,000. The one-story, 2,174-square-foot project (designed by Perkins+Will) includes paving, planting and utility work to connect the features and will be used for developing and winterizing bonsai trees; the permit shows a pending parking-lot permit verification before issuance.
