6101 Fern Valley Rd Building Permit for Park CCU Fern Valley branch

Park Community Credit Union has filed a building permit to construct a new 3,933 sq. ft., one-story branch with a five-lane drive-thru at 6101 Fern Valley Rd. The project, estimated at $2,181,826, will keep the existing branch and drive-thru operating until the new building opens and then demolish the old structures; the permit also requires a landscape installation certification by a Kentucky landscape architect before a Certificate of Occupancy can be issued.
