LDG Land Holdings LLC is lining up a new two-story apartment building — Veridian Building 5 Type B — at 10600 U S Highway 42, a 19,888‑square‑foot project with 16 dwelling units (40 bedrooms) and an estimated cost of $2,585,440. Designed by architect Vadim Kaplan of Studio A, the building will be fully sprinklered, but city staff note no Certificate of Occupancy will be issued until a Landscape Architect certifies the landscaping, and a parking‑lot permit must be verified before permit issuance.
