A new HVAC system is going in at 1960 Bardstown Rd
A new HVAC replacement is coming to 1960 Bardstown Rd. The city's signed off on work to swap in owner-furnished electric equipment in place of the old setup, and that's a pretty solid-sized job at about $178,000.
It's for the Roman Catholic Bishop of Louisville, with the units going in the attic and the condenser sitting at ground level outside. No ductwork change this time, so this one looks like a straight replacement, not a whole new tangle of vents.
