Some HVAC work is headed for 500 W Jefferson St. The city signed off on a 20th Floor OBT remodel, with one new VAV going in to replace an old one, plus new supply taps and returns and new control valves on 19 more VAVs.
That’s a commercial job, and it’s coming in around $32,400.
