A new HVAC setup is coming to 3055 Shadeswood Ave in Louisville, and it’s a chunky one.
The city signed off on three gas-fired rooftop A/C units for new office space, plus a roof-mounted toilet exhaust fan and a ceiling fan to pull heat out of the IT room. The job is pegged at somewhere around $140,000.
