A new 4-ton heat pump and air handler setup is going in at 3628 Virginia Ave in Louisville. The city signed off on the commercial HVAC replacement for West End School Inc, and the job is pegged at somewhere around $12,000.
No new ductwork on this one, just a straight swap at the Level 1 equipment spot, with the condenser up above the garage.
