New HVAC work is going on at 4623 Southcliff Ave
Southcliff Bldg #3 at 4623 Southcliff Ave is getting a new HVAC setup, and the city signed off on it.
That means 24 electric units and new ductwork for the multifamily building, with the work pegged at somewhere around $120,000.
Production Heating & Cooling is on the job, and the city says this one runs through March 12, 2027.
