New rooftop HVAC units and ductwork are going in at Ford LAP Med Center on Fern Valley Rd

Some HVAC work is on the way at 2000 Fern Valley Rd, and it’s not a tiny tune-up. Ford LAP Med Center is getting a new round of rooftop units, ductwork, and VAVs, somewhere around $200,000 worth.

The city signed off on it on September 11, 2026, and the job runs through March 12, 2027.
