A new HVAC setup is going into BJK Warehouse at 1429 Garland Ave, and it’s a chunky one, somewhere around $170,000.
The city signed off on the work on September 8, 2026, so this one is officially happening.
Schardein Mechanical is handling it, with a 2 ton package heat pump and eleven 300,000 BTU gas unit heaters going in.
