1609 POPLAR LEVEL RD owner applied for HVAC permit for locker-room renovation
Saint Xavier High School has an issued commercial HVAC permit for a basketball locker room renovation at 1609 Poplar Level Rd. The alteration will add new supply grills to existing ductwork, install transfer air ducts and grills, and put in an exhaust fan, with a project value estimated at $15,740. The permit is active and valid through 02/22/2027, so expect contractors doing mechanical work inside the building rather than noisy outdoor equipment.
