325 Baxter Ave HVAC commercial construction permit issued for HOTI expansion
Hussung Mechanical Contractors is installing new HVAC for the Home of the Innocent expansion/renovation in the Bradley Building at 325 Baxter Ave for owner HOTI Realty LLC. The commercial work—one ducted split system, one ducted heater and new ductwork on Level 1 with an outdoor condenser—has an estimated cost of $71,000 and the HVAC permit has been issued.
