2509 DIXIE HWY issued for commercial HVAC replacement permit
Litsey HVAC is replacing the commercial HVAC system at 2509 Dixie Hwy for owner Kaso Properties LLC, installing a 5-ton A/C and coil along with a 92% efficiency gas furnace. The work is a like-for-like replacement (no new ductwork) with the condenser located on the roof and an estimated project cost of $9,000. The permit has been issued and inspections are still to be scheduled.
