5201 INTERCHANGE WAY HVAC RTU replacement permit issued
National Tobacco is swapping in four new rooftop units (RTUs) at 5201 Interchange Way as a commercial HVAC replacement. The gas-powered project for property owner Interchange Way DC Owner LLC keeps the system at 30 tons, is estimated at $400,000, has its permit issued (valid through 02/04/2027), and requires permanent ladder access for inspections.
