ServPro HVAC is set to remove and replace a 4-ton HVAC system and line set at 3020 Lexington Rd for owner Maureen McAllister Trust. The commercial replacement, managed by Stark Construction (Deanna), is estimated at $11,500; the new air handler/coil will be installed in the basement with the condenser at ground level, and the permit has been issued.
