Prudential HVAC is replacing an electric AC coil and condenser at Pebble Creek Apartments, 6208 Fern Valley Way, on behalf of owner Pebble Creek Apartments LLC. The commercial HVAC replacement is a like-for-like swap of a 1.5-ton air handler/coil and condenser/heat pump, estimated at $1,000, and the permit has already been issued.
