601 W Chestnut St issued HVAC mechanical permit for LMPD Phase 2

Intertech Mechanical Services is installing new split systems, VAVs and associated piping for "LMPD Phase 2" at 601 West Chestnut St on behalf of owner Louisville Jefferson County Metro Government. The commercial HVAC work is valued at an estimated $650,000 and includes six pieces of equipment with condensers on the roof and machinery located on Level 2 or higher. The permit is issued (inspections pending) and the contractor will provide ladder access as needed; the permit expires 02/02/2027.
