Elder Heating AC is replacing the HVAC at Terry Smith’s First String Bar with one 10-ton gas package unit at 5921 New Cut Rd. The commercial replacement on the CLS Rental Properties LLC–owned building is estimated at $21,789, the unit will sit on Level 1 with the condenser outdoors at ground level, and the permit has been issued (expires 01/26/2027) with inspections still pending.
