10200 Renaissance Valley Way HVAC replacement permit issued
Total Temp Services, LLC is swapping out the commercial HVAC that serves Valley Farms units 105–201 at 10200 Renaissance Valley Way for owner Breit Steadfast MF Valley Farms Club. The electric replacement—air handler/coil plus condenser/heat pump—keeps the same 2-ton capacity and is estimated at $2,200. Work is permitted on Level 1 with the condenser at ground level and the permit has been issued.
