600 TERMINAL DR issued for commercial HVAC equipment and piping installation
Intertech Mechanical Services is gearing up to install miscellaneous HVAC equipment and piping for the Louisville Regional Airport Authority at 600 Terminal Dr. The commercial HVAC project (LRAA TO3) covers 28 pieces of equipment located on level 2 or higher with condenser work on the roof, and has an estimated value of $3,100,000. The permit has been issued and is valid through 12/29/2026, and the contractor notes they will provide ladder access for inspections.
