1058 Bardstown Rd HVAC replacement permit issued for Highlands Tap Room
Project Heating & Cooling is replacing the existing multi‑head mini‑split serving Highlands Tap Room at 1058 Bardstown Rd for owner Green Lite LLC, and the commercial HVAC replacement permit has been issued. The rooftop air handler and condenser (4‑ton) are being swapped out in a job estimated at $15,641, so expect an updated cooling setup once the work wraps up.
