203 LA NORMANDY DR applied for mechanical permit to replace HVAC system
M & P Renovations (contact Anson Simque) is replacing a 2.5-ton commercial HVAC package unit at 203 La Normandy Dr for owner Louisville 2025 One Partners LLC. Licensed contractor Dauenhauer HVAC (Chris Evans) will install an electric unit with the condenser at ground level, no new ductwork is planned, and the job is estimated at $3,200. The replacement permit has been issued, so you may see technicians and a bit of HVAC hustle at the property soon.
