433 S 2ND ST 311 replaced 1.5-ton water source heat pump
Dauenhauer HVAC (licensed pro Chris Evans with TurnPoint Services) is replacing a 1.5-ton water-source heat pump for Unit 311 at 433 S 2nd St to keep the space comfortable. The commercial replacement for owner Cathedral Commons Ltd has an issued permit with an estimated cost of $3,200, and the condenser will be located at ground level.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
