1218 W OAK ST issued mechanical permit for 3-ton split system replacement
Schardein Mechanical Contr Inc is replacing the HVAC at 1218 W Oak St with a 3-ton split system—air handler/coil and condenser/heat pump will be swapped out, but no new ductwork is planned. The property is owned by the Roman Catholic Bishop of Louisville, the job is estimated at $13,475, equipment will sit on an upper level with the condenser outdoors at ground level, and Gary Schardein (project manager) and Jonathan Maldonado (site contact) are listed for the project.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
