Project Heating & Cooling is set to add a Point Grip spiral supply trunkline, associated grilles, and a return transfer grill to the existing rooftop HVAC at 7625 National Tpke for owner LIT Industrial Limited Partnership. This commercial HVAC alteration is issued with an estimated cost of $13,310, and duct painting is explicitly excluded from their scope (it’ll be handled by someone else).
