5012 E Manslick Rd mechanical permit for HVAC work at Wesley Manor
Project Heating & Cooling pulled a commercial HVAC permit for Wesley Manor Retirement Community at 5012 East Manslick Road to upgrade ventilation — they’ll replace 12 roof‑mounted exhaust fans with curb adapters, install four new 75 CFM ceiling exhaust fans with ductwork and roof caps, and relocate six supply and return outlets. The electric, new‑ductwork job is estimated at $38,862 and will be performed on the roof.
