A commercial HVAC replacement has been issued for 4005 Summit Plaza Dr, where owner Spus9 FB Paddock Prop LLC is having new HVAC ductwork, a mini-split, and a Type 2 kitchen hood installed. Licensed HVAC contractor Andrew Howell is handling the rooftop work, increasing cooling from 4 to 7 tons with a project value estimated at $28,500.
