8709 Preston Highway mechanical permit: replace 2 5-ton AC units and furnaces
Allstate Mechanical LLC will be swapping in two new 5-ton AC units, coils, and a furnace at St. Rita Church, 8709 Preston Highway — the property is owned by the Roman Catholic Bishop Of Louisville and the work is estimated at $25,000. This is a commercial HVAC replacement (equipment on Level 1, condensers to be located on the roof), and the contractor notes ladder access will be provided for inspections.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
