1135 W Jefferson St Mechanical Permit issued to install split systems
Alpha Mechanical Service, Inc. has been issued a commercial HVAC replacement permit to install new split systems at 1135 West Jefferson on behalf of owner Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government. The job replaces two gas furnaces with roughly 7 tons of cooling capacity, includes new ductwork and ground-level outdoor condensers on Level 1, and carries an estimated cost of $40,000 (with $330 in fees paid).
