418 S 20TH ST #7 applied for mechanical permit to replace HVAC
Thompson Heating & Cooling Service, LLC is doing a rapid-response HVAC replacement after a fire at 418 South 20th Street, Unit 7 for owner Diane Harbin. They’ll demo and dispose of the damaged equipment, install an 80% furnace vented to the outside, hook up gas, electric and condensate lines, add an easy-access return filter and a digital thermostat, then start up and test the system — the project is estimated at $6,957.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
