4125 Browns Ln Unit 207 HVAC replacement permit issued
Joyce Shylock has pulled a commercial HVAC replacement permit for Unit 207 at 4125 Browns Ln on behalf of owner Oakview Joint Venture, with Prudential HVAC listed as the contractor and the project estimated at $12,000. The gas-powered work will replace the air handler/coil and a condenser heat pump (no new ductwork), keeping the system at about 2 tons for this multifamily unit, with equipment staged Level 2 or higher and the condenser on ground level outdoors.
