Prudential HVAC is doing a commercial HVAC replacement for Humbert Erosion Control at 2221 Buechel Avenue, a property owned by My Three Suns. The electric work replaces the air handler/coil and condenser/heat pump with a like-for-like 2-ton unit, estimated at $5,000 (with $180 in fees paid). The permit has been issued and the condenser will be installed at ground level.
