Intertech Mechanical Services is replacing two rooftop RTUs for Local 110 at 730 Locust Ln on behalf of owner Sheet Metal Workers International. The commercial HVAC replacement increases capacity slightly from about 30 to 32.5 tons and has an estimated project cost of $50,024.
