12740 WESTPORT RD HVAC replacement (air handler and condensing unit)
Kentuckiana Comfort Center, Inc will replace the air handler/coil and the rooftop condensing unit at 12740 Westport Rd for owner Weston Kentucky Merger Sub LLC. The commercial electric HVAC replacement is a like-for-like 5‑ton swap (no new ductwork) with a project value estimated at $12,000, and the contractor says ladder access will be provided for the roof-level work.
