Arvato USA LLC is getting a commercial HVAC upgrade at 3101 Shadeswood Ave to add one rooftop unit and new ductwork. Licensed pro Kentuckiana Comfort Center will install the gas-powered equipment on the roof (with permanent on-site ladder access required for inspections), and the project is estimated at $60,923.
