5800 Cane Run Rd issued for mechanical permit: IT Room mini split replacement
ACCO Inc is replacing the mini-split in the Greif CorrChoice IT room at 5800 Cane Run Rd under a recently issued commercial HVAC permit. Owner CorrChoice LLC is behind the project, which upgrades the electric mini-split from about 1 to 2 tons with the condenser on the roof and ladder access provided for inspections, and the work is estimated at $9,800.
