Kentuckiana Comfort Center, Inc. is installing a ductless mini‑split replacement at 6301 River Rd for owner George Family I LLC, swapping in an electric commercial HVAC unit. The permit is issued for a one‑ton roof‑mounted condenser on Level 2 or higher, with the project estimated at $5,449 — a modest cooling upgrade for the building.
