7204 Churchill Park Dr applied for mechanical permit to replace HVAC system
Stark Construction is handling an issued HVAC replacement at 7204 Churchill Park Dr for owner New Enclave Park Apartments LLC. They’ll remove the existing 2.5-ton unit and swap in a new 2.5-ton electric system—replacing the air handler/coil and condenser/heat pump—with the condenser at ground level and equipment located on Level 2 or higher, at an estimated cost of $2,500.
