Barr Heating & Cooling (licensed pro Jonathan P. Barr) has been issued a commercial HVAC permit to install a mini-split for the elevator-room controllers at 930 W Chestnut St, Unit 301, a property owned by the YMCA. The electric unit is a new installation estimated at $2,500 — condenser slated for the roof with equipment on level 2 or higher — and $180 in permit fees have already been paid.
