234 AMY AVE issued for HVAC mini-split replacement
One Choice Mechanical LLC is replacing a mini-split HVAC system at 234 Amy Ave for owner French & Associates LLC under an issued commercial HVAC replacement permit. The electric 2-ton condenser will be placed on the roof at Level 1 (ladder access will be provided for inspections), with the project value estimated at $10,776.65.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
