4109 Simcoe Ln applied for mechanical permit to install 3 20-ton HVAC units

Mitch Craig Heating & Cooling is set to beef up the cooling at 4109 Simcoe Lane for owner Springhurst Tennis Club Real Estate, installing three 20-ton 460V 3-phase A/C package units with hail guards, reheat dehumidification, a low-ambient kit, and economizers. They’ll also install three 20-ton duct systems sealed with mastic and route return ducts above air curtains to cover all areas — the new commercial HVAC project is estimated at $90,000 and the permit has been issued.
